Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information FABRIC BLUEPRINT LLC collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the business.
Effective June 15, 2026
Who controls your data
FABRIC BLUEPRINT LLC, of 127 N Higgins Ave, Ste 307D #2900, Missoula, MT 59802-4486, United States, is the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us about privacy at support@fabricblueprint.com.
What we collect
We collect information you give us and a limited amount collected automatically:
- Order and contact details — name, email, shipping and billing address, and what you ordered or enquired about.
- Payment information — handled by our payment processor; we receive confirmation and limited details (such as card type and the last four digits), never the full card number.
- Service-engagement information — the contents of enquiries and materials you share when scoping a project.
- Technical data — IP address, device and browser type, and basic usage data needed to operate and secure the site.
How we use it
- To process and deliver your orders and provide our services.
- To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
- To take payment and prevent fraud.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
- To improve and secure the site, on the basis of our legitimate interest in running it well.
Payment processing
Card payments are processed by third-party processors (such as Stripe). Your card details are collected directly by the processor over an encrypted connection and are subject to its privacy terms. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Cookies
We use only the cookies and similar storage needed to make the site work — for example, to keep the items in your bag between pages. We do not use advertising trackers. Your browser can block or delete cookies, though parts of the site may then not function.
Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate — such as our payment processor, shipping carriers, and hosting and email providers — and only as needed to perform their work. We may disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to fulfill the order and to meet tax and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them. Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as it is useful for the matter it concerns.
Your rights
Subject to your location and applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to certain uses. To exercise a right, email us; we may need to verify your identity before acting.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to limit who can access it.
Children
The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy; the posted version with its effective date applies. For any privacy question or request, write to support@fabricblueprint.com or to 127 N Higgins Ave, Ste 307D #2900, Missoula, MT 59802-4486, United States.
