Shipping & Refund Policy

How orders from the Wares line are shipped, and how returns, refunds, and exchanges work. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

Processing

Orders are processed within one to two business days. You will receive an order confirmation by email when you order, and a dispatch notice with tracking when it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping rates and times

Shipping within the United States is a flat $12, and free on orders of $250 or more. Typical delivery is three to seven business days after dispatch, depending on destination. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and carrier delays are outside our control.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States from our location in Missoula, MT. If we offer international shipping at checkout, any import duties or taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.

Returns

We want the garment to be right. You may return unworn, unwashed apparel with its tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in original, resalable condition.

  • Start a return by emailing us with your order number.
  • We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
  • Pack the item securely; you are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm the outcome by email and issue any refund to your original payment method within five to ten business days. The original shipping charge is non-refundable except where the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Exchanges

For a different size or color, the simplest route is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order, which avoids holding stock you need. If you would like us to reserve a size, email us and we will help where we can.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping you paid, at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, certain items may be marked non-returnable on their product page unless faulty. Gift cards, where offered, are non-returnable. Worn, washed, or altered garments cannot be accepted.
