Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase of goods or services from FABRIC BLUEPRINT LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Effective June 15, 2026

01

Who we are

This website is operated by FABRIC BLUEPRINT LLC (“Fabric Blueprint,” “we,” “us”), a Limited Liability Company (LLC) formed in Montana, United States, with its registered office at 127 N Higgins Ave, Ste 307D #2900, Missoula, MT 59802-4486, United States.

Fabric Blueprint runs two lines of business: technology consulting and software development (“Systems”), and the design and sale of apparel (“Wares”). These terms apply to both, with the line-specific clauses noted below.

02

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at checkout or when engaging our services.

The site does not currently require an account to place an order. If accounts are introduced, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your login.

03

Orders, pricing, and payment

All prices are shown in United States dollars and exclude shipping unless stated. Shipping is a flat $12 within the United States and is free on orders of $250 or more. Montana levies no statewide general sales tax; applicable taxes, if any, are shown before you confirm payment.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation and dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, where an item is mispriced or out of stock — and will refund any amount already charged.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). We do not receive or store full card numbers; card data is handled by the processor under its own security standards. By paying, you authorize us to charge the total shown.

04

Apparel (the Wares line)

Garments are described by composition, weight, construction, and origin on each product page. We photograph and describe goods as accurately as we can; minor variation in color, measurement, and natural materials is inherent to apparel and is not a defect.

Title to and risk in goods pass to you on delivery. Returns and refunds for apparel are governed by our Shipping & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

05

Services (the Systems line)

Technology services are delivered under a separate written agreement or statement of work that sets out scope, deliverables, fees, and timing. Indicative pricing shown on this site is an estimate, not a quote, and does not create a binding engagement.

Unless your statement of work says otherwise, ownership of bespoke deliverables transfers to you on full payment; we retain rights to our pre-existing tools, libraries, and know-how.

06

Intellectual property

The site, its content, the Fabric Blueprint name, and our designs and brand are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from them without our written permission, except as the site’s normal use allows.

07

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to breach its security, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

08

Warranties and disclaimers

We provide the site and goods with reasonable care and skill. Except as required by law and as expressly stated, the site is provided “as is” without further warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.

09

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising from the sale of a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. This clause does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, and the state and federal courts located in Montana have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your place of residence.

11

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here, with its effective date, governs your use. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@fabricblueprint.com, or by post to 127 N Higgins Ave, Ste 307D #2900, Missoula, MT 59802-4486, United States.

This policy is provided in good faith and does not limit any statutory rights you have under applicable law.
